What the score reflects
Your Sleep Battery is built from the night BedHalo tracks. As an iPhone sleep tracking app, it listens for overnight disturbances and sleep sounds — tossing, turning, snoring, coughing, and sudden environmental noise — and combines those signals with session quality metrics to estimate how restorative the night appears.
Reading your Sleep Battery over time
- A higher Sleep Battery suggests a calmer, less disturbed night.
